| :: Terms and Conditions |
|
1. All bidders must be registered and have a bidding number.
2. Vehicles will not be released until full payment has been received. (or until check has cleared).
3. Employees of REAC may bid on any items at any time.
4. 10% buyer's premium ($0 to $7,000) plus 5% ($7,001 and up).
5. Auctioneer may start or stop the bidding at any time (incuding cancelling the sale) if he sees fit.
6. Everything is sold "As is, Where is" with no guarantee.
7. All purchases to be paid for before buyer leaves premises.
8. Online purchasers must make payment within 3 working days.
9. California sales tax will be charged to California residents on taxable items.
10. All purchases must be removed from premises by Monday 2/20/06 before noon. (Except by special arrangement with Auctioneer).
11. Cost and responsibility of removal remains solely with the purchaser.
12. Wherever necessary it will be the buyer's responsibility to secure safety equipment to meet all applicable government safety regulations.
13. Any misunderstandings or disputes in the bidding will be settled by the Auctioneer.
14. The auctioneer or the auction company disclaims liability for any injury or damage to any person or property resulting from any cause whatsoever occurring in or about the sale area or premises, or in or about or appurtenant to the area or premises whereon said sale is being held.
15. The auctioneer is acting as agent only and is not responsible for acts of its principles.
16. The auctioneer and auctioneering company's liability is limited to refund of purchase price.
