Auctioneer’s Note: Alastair “Sandy” Falconer, owner of Air Power, Inc. has passed on. Redwood Empire Auctioneering Co. has been hired by the estate to sell at public auction all assets of Air Power, Inc. as well as certain items owned by Mr. Falconer personally.
Everything sells “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no warranties implied or expressed. Neither the auctioneer nor owners or their officers, trustees, employees or agents shall be liable for any incorrect description, fault, or defect in the notice of this auction. Auctioneer is not responsible for accidents or stolen property. All counts are approximate. Some lots may be combined for sale. Any misunderstandings or disputes in the bidding will be settled by the auctioneer.
Terms: Payment by cash, credit card, certified funds, or personal or company check. The latter two only if accompanied by bank letter of guarantee acceptable to auctioneer. Payment must be made in full on the day of sale. Sales tax will be added to taxable items. Wire transfers will be accepted with a 20% non-refundable deposit on day of sale. Mastercard and Visa are accepted. A 3% buyers premium will apply to this auction. If payment is in cash, check or certified funds or wire transfer the 3% buyers premium will be waived. No property may be removed until paid for in full.

Online & Telephone Bids: Online & telephone bids me be submitted during the live auction. A 5% buyer’s premium will apply to all online purchases. See www.airportauction.com for proxy online and telephone bid forms and procedures.
Loading & Removal: Once an item is sold, the buyer is responsible for its removal. All costs of removal and risks of damage or loss are the sole responsibility of buyer. All items must be removed by the posted deadlines, or possession and ownership will be forfeited. There may be various trucking companies on site to arrange for transportation. However, it will be buyer’s responsibility to arrange their own trucking.
