The historic Carmine Texas Dance Hall is located exactly 1/2 way between Houston & Austin off Hwyt 290. Apprx. 15 miles from Brenham and only 5 miles from Round Top. Signage will be out during preivew times and day of auction.

All items sell as is, where is. 15% buyer's premium. Shipping is available on small items, furniture and larger items that are not shippable must be picked up on Sat. Nov. 28 between the hours of 10AM-12:00 noon. If you are the winning high bidder, the credit card you register with will be charged for your final bid amount, plus bp and sales tax, if applicable. You will be contacted for shipping informatioin within 5-10 days following the auction. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express & Discover.
