Farm #1: Is located 2 miles east of Nash, OK., on S.H. 64, then 2 miles north to the property. This farm contains 142.5 acres more or less. According to the FSA office there is 102.7 cultivated acres with an 88.7 wheat base, 39 bu. yield; 6.5 oat base, 40 bu. yield; and 5.0 Sorghum base, 34 bu., yield. Principal soil types are: Mclain, Dale, and Reinach, Class 1, with lesser amounts of Pond Creek, class II, and Dale, class III. The balance of this farm is in native grass pasture, timber, and frontage on the Salt Fork of the Arkansas River. Legal: Lots 7 & 8, and the S/2 of the SW/4 of Sec. 25-T26-R8 W.I.M., Grant Co., Oklahoma; Less and Except a 9.43 acre tract containing the house & buildings.

Outstanding hunting for deer, turkey, quail, and lots of fishing and recreational areas provided by the 1/2 mile frontage on Salt Fork of the Arkansas River. The cultivated soil maintains a good crop yield and will make a good income producer for the new owner.
