"NAALive Services" means the services and software provided by NAALive to facilitate the broadcast of a Seller’s auctions on the Internet using NAALive technology which allows remote bidders using the Internet to participate in an auction along with bidders that are physically present at the auction, the broadcast of live audio over the Internet, and the online Internet web site service provided by NAALive that promotes the sale of items by allowing sellers to place items up for bid, and allowing buyers to enter the amount they are willing to pay for the item. This also includes the services and technology (to enable a Seller to inventory, promote, organize online, and sell items through the NAALive Services) provided to the Seller by NAALive or NAALive Affiliates, including the use of Live Auctions and the tools associated with NAALive such as My Account, and optional services such as on-site support and operation of live bidding applet.

We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. Your IP address is also used to help identify you, to connect your bids with the items you have bid upon, and to gather broad demographic information.

Our site's registration forms and/or bidder approval forms require users to give us contact information (such as name and email address) and financial information (such as account or credit card numbers) "Information". You authorize this Information to be used by Sellers using NAALive Services in order to complete transactions between you and them and to receive promotional material from some of our partners or contact you when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below. Financial information that is collected is used to check the users' qualifications for registration and to bill the user for products and services.

NAALive does not sell your Information or unique identifiers to any third party. The Information gathered is strictly for uses as defined above.
